Jonny Hirsch is a multi-dimensional frontman, leading the show with his voice & saxophone. Jonny has played shows and festivals up and down the east coast from the Oswego New York Harbor Festival to Chattanooga Tennessee's Riverbend Festival.

The NYC singer/saxophonist is often compared to the likes of Steely Dan and Jamiroquai. Fusing elements of rock, funk, jazz, and skat singing with a powerful voice and a dynamic saxophone, Jonny’s music has an original sound of its own, while staying true to its roots in new age blues and funk...

In addition to live performances, Jonny and his team of musicians and songwriters are actively involved in songwriting for TV & Film. Along with an eclectic catalogue of music, Jonny continues to write and arrange for a wide variety of artists and licensors.

Jonny Hirsch’s journey to the live stage and recording studio started in high school, working for New York City’s top promoter Delsener/Slater (Live Nation). In his late teens and early twenties, Jonny was working live events backstage at Jones BeachTheater, Roseland Ballroom, and Madison Square Garden for performers like Madonna, Van Halen, and Barenaked Ladies, while spending his daytime hours in the corporate office assisting the production and promotion of live events.

In college, he continued working with the same promoter, while developing his own musical talents onstage and in the recording studio. By the time he was a senior at The George Washington University, he had played on almost every big stage in Washington DC, including a invitational performance at a Presidential Inauguration Ball.

Jonny’s transition to the NYC music scene was seamless as he established himself as a strong performer and songwriter at late night jam sessions and the blues/rock scene. Over the past few years, some of NYC’s best studio and touring musicians have been part of Jonny’s band. “It’s an all-star band with Jonny leading the charge,” says percussionist Anthony Almonte. “The songwriting is catchy and fun. I think Jonny’s crowd is growing because they love the songs, the tightness of the band, and the energy we bring to the stage each show.”

Jonny continues to play a wide variety of venues throughout NYC, the Tri-State area and down the East Coast. He looks forward to a diversity of festivals, shows an collaborations this year.
